In 2001, Duncan, Fraser & Bridges was chosen to be the 20th Agency member of Combined Agents of America. Combined Agents of America (CAA) is a group of independently owned and operated agencies located in Texas, Oklahoma and Kansas. Starting in 2010, DFB Insurance Group was recognized as a Best Practices Agency by the Independent Insurance Agents and Brokers of America. Now, we have been a Best Practices Agency 4 years running, 2010-2013 with great expectations to make the list in 2014. Each year, we are among over 1,200 independent agencies nominated by our peers and only 224 qualified for this honor. We are proud of our staff and their hard work that helped us to achieve this recognition by our peers.
Our mission is to build and maintain a close relationship with our clients, enabling us to properly service their risk management needs. We build lasting relationships with our clients by understanding their goals and exceeding their expectations. Our long term success is a result of the business philosophy that we have maintained since our inception in 1925.
